Coaching processes are at the heart of the Bridge2C services.

Bridge2C coaches are your thinking partners.

According to the needs of the clients, in coaching, we apply 3 different methods. In the selection of these methods, our clients’ preferences are our priority.

 

METHOD 1: Core Coaching

In these coaching sessions, our coaches focus on the ICF Code of Ethics and ICF Core Competencies rules.

Gestalt Coaching method is applied in both individual and team coaching sessions. Gestalt Coaches support the energies of their clients to act in the present using with their deep coaching skills, presence and use of self. Gestalt Coaches are awareness agents for their clients.

METHOD 2: Core Competency Works

In these coaching sessions, coaches focus on the Professional competencies that their clients want to develop.

Coaches, who are expert in their field and have a great deal of leadership and managerial experience, support their clients by using competency maps that are accepted in corporate life.

Which competencies will be studied in the sessions are either determined by the clients or their companies or designed together by the coach and client with the specific tests provided by the coaches.

The aim here is to increase knowledge and awareness in related competencies.
Various practices are recommended to the clients before and after the sessions. The development process is supported by books, videos and plenty of practices.

METHOD 3: Bridge2C Coaching and Mentoring Model

In these sessions, method 1 and method 2 are used together as hybrid.

Bridge2C Coaching and Mentoring competency framework comprises factors, cluster and competencies in a whole.

The process starts with listening to clents’s needs and understanding the real need. At this stage if necessary, selections from dozens of different tests are made and the current status of the clients in the relevant competencies is determined. A competency test developed by Bridge2C coaches and completely unique to us has been one of the most preffered test methods until now.

A journey setup for competency development is designed with the clients. This process is the joint responsibility of both the client and Bridge2C coaches.

In the sessions coaches are focus on two issues. The first issue is technically nurturing an attitude or behavior, and the second issue is to support identifying and eleminating the resistances that prevent that behaviour from being implement.

Bridge2C Coaches support the development of their clients’s knowledge and awareness with the support of a wide range of resources and reports during and after the process.
