Bridge2C provides different workshop facilitation services depending on the need of the business and team.

1. Behavioral Insights Driven Ideation

Objective: Enable participants get inspired and generate creative ideas for innovation, packaging or other aspects of a proposition. Behavioural insights and other tools are used to boost creativity, to stay engaged while generating new ideas as a team. Then, the participants work together to provide more ground for selected ideas, in order to enable easy transition to bringing these ideas into life.

Output: List of ideas, detailing for top voted ideas

Recommended Duration: 2 * 3 hrs sessions

2. Business Question Addressing and Action Planning

Objective: Help participants to address a business question and develop an action plan for different scenarios accordingly. A pre-work is completed to bring together key data points, which then translated into insights with support from facilitator.

Output: Business question answer, possible routes to address and action plans for each route

Recommended Duration: 1 * 2 hrs prework discussion, 2 * 3 hrs sessions

3. War Games- Competitive Modelling & Mitigating Action Plan

Objective: War Games workshops are designed to assess key competitors and develop action plans pre-empting their actions. In these workshops: 1) pre-work is done for assessing competition strategies, capabilities, motivations, drives, strengths and weaknesses, as well as possible list of initiatives they might do in future. 2) Action plans and strategies are developed to mitigate all these possible initiatives

Output: Competition 4 corners analysis (motivations, drivers ,strengths, weaknesses), initiatives heatmap, and clear action plans for selected competitive possible initiatives

4. Shopper Psychology Workshop and Retail Safari

Objective: To drive excellence in store, driven by Shopper Psychology and behavioral insights. These workshops are combining theory with practice, insights review with store visits, actual observations. Workshop consists of 3 phases: First phase is sharing and understanding how behavioural insights impact shoppers and what it means for us. In second phase, we visit retails from targeted trade channels to observe our brand and competition, to assess what works and what can be improved. Then on third phase, we debrief, share observations and prepare a channel & brand based action plan.

Output: Shopper based action plan for channel/brand covering both short- and long-term strategies and actions

1 * 5 hrs session: Retail Safari: Store visits and structured observations (depending on targeted channel, stores # to be adjusted)
