We believe that the first condition of growth and development is awareness. For this reason Bridge2C aims to raise awareness of individuals and teams with both coaching and leadership trainings.

For us, awareness means being in touch with one’s own perceptual fields.

At the same time one of the greatest needs of the modern world in meeting needs and fulfilling responsibilities is knowledge.

In our approach, awareness and knowledge are used in hybrid concept so that the individuals and teams can get the results they want and get in touch with their needs.

OUR ROUTE TO CHANGE (LIFT)

LISTEN

We listen to the needs of individuals and teams first and try to understand what they want to achieve.

 

INVESTIGATE

In this process, we use proven tests and facilitation techniques, most of them developed by us.

 

FEED

Then a development journey is designed according to the need. Development journeys may include in-person training, 1to1 coaching, team coaching, field practices, feedback sessions and workshops. Development journeys are spread over time and put into practice in the natural flow of life.

 

TARGET

We follow the whole process until the change takes place, we make the resistances visible, we take joint responsibility for taking the actions.
